Hi, I’m Leigh — the founder of Solara Digital Wellness.

Like so many people, I reached a point where I knew the life I was living wasn’t the one I was meant for. Walking away from 25 years in corporate leadership was the first step toward rewriting my story — one that was filled with more purpose, more clarity, and more connection to who I truly am.

Through my own transformation, and later as a certified whole-person wellness coach, I saw how powerful the right tools could be — and how frustrating it was when they didn’t exist. That gap is exactly why I created Solara Digital Wellness: to give both individuals and coaches resources that are thoughtful, original, and built for real change.
